R\u00e9server une petite partie de cette sauce (1\/4).<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Couper la mangue en d\u00e9s, ainsi que l&#8217;avocat. Verser la sauce non  r\u00e9serv\u00e9e sur les d\u00e9s de mangues et avocats. M\u00e9langer car l&#8217;avocat ne doit pas noircir.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">\u00c9mincer finement 3 noix de St Jacques et les installer sur une assiette en laissant libre le centre. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration pour 3 autres assiettes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Avec un pinceau, imbiber chaque tranche de noix de St Jacques avec la sauce r\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Utiliser un cercle de pr\u00e9sentation pour garnir le centre  de l&#8217;assiette avec les d\u00e9s de mangues et avocats. R\u00e2per le zeste du dernier citron sur les 4 assiettes avant de servir bien frais.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Une petite pens\u00e9e malicieuse pour un ami que j&#8217;ai vu se d\u00e9battre, un  soir d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 en Normandie, avec des mangues et des avocats.
