Bien faire \u00e9vaporer pendant environ 20 minutes.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ajouter le poivron en d\u00e9s avec le vinaigre balsamique, les \u00e9pices et le sucre. Laisser cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le poivron soit bien souple.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir le tout et mixer. Laisser bien refroidir avant de le mettre en sorbeti\u00e8re.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Pendant la prise du sorbet, faire les tuiles : r\u00e2per le parmesan et l&#8217;installer sur une plaque antiadh\u00e9sive en 4 petits tas.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Mettre au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 (210\u00b0) en surveillant sans arr\u00eat (c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s rapide). Sortir du four et laisser refroidir.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Servir une quenelle de sorbet avec sa tuile dor\u00e9e de parmesan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Mes conseils : le paprika est indispensable \u00e0 cette recette, c&#8217;est ce qui fait toute la saveur de ce plat. Il faut le doser suivant les go\u00fbts de chacun (en go\u00fbtant.) Ensuite, il y a moyen de se passer de la sorbeti\u00e8re en pla\u00e7ant la pr\u00e9paration au cong\u00e9lateur et en remuant le sorbet r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
