Quand ils sont bien dor\u00e9s, ajouter  les poivrons \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Laisser fondre. Ajouter sel, poivre et piment \u00e0 votre convenance. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Quand ils sont bien cuits (attention ne pas les faire en pur\u00e9e !) ajouter le vinaigre balsamique (pour commencer, 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe environ). Je ne peux pas donner de quantit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise. Il faut go\u00fbter avant d&#8217;en rajouter si n\u00e9cessaire. Il faut arriver \u00e0 un bon \u00e9quilibre des saveurs entre le sucre du vinaigre balsamique et son acidit\u00e9. Quand la cuisson est termin\u00e9e, laisser le tout refroidir.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">D\u00e9couper une bande de p\u00e2te filo et la badigeonner d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avec un pinceau. Mettre un petit tas de poivrons et faire une forme de  samoussas si vous y arrivez. Pour ma part, j&#8217;avoue que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 logique du samoussa est beaucoup trop logique pour ma petite t\u00eate. Je me  contente donc de rabattre chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la feuille sur le petit tas de poivrons et de replier pour faire un genre de carr\u00e9.
