\u00e9plucher les courgettes, les couper en tranches tr\u00e8s fines avec un couteau \u00e9plucheur (type \u00e9conome) ; \u00e9plucher les poivrons, les couper en lamelles ; retirer la peau des tomates, les couper en d\u00e9s ; \u00e9plucher les oignons, les couper en lamelles ; \u00e9plucher les gousses d&#8217;ail et les \u00e9craser ou les r\u00e2per. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Prendre un plat \u00e0 four, type tian, r\u00e9partir tous les ingr\u00e9dients ci-dessus par couche en les m\u00e9langeant et en ajoutant \u00e0 chaque couche laurier, thym, romarin, basilic, sel, poivre. Lorsque le plat est rempli ajouter l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Si les tomates ne sont pas suffisamment m\u00fbres, ajouter la tomate concentr\u00e9e avec un peu d&#8217;eau. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Mettre dans le four \u00e0 160\/170, laisser cuire au moins 2 heures en retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Si cela caram\u00e9lise trop, couvrir le plat d&#8217;un papier aluminium.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p><em>Remarque : voil\u00e0 un plat id\u00e9al pour les repas d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9.
