Ajouter 50gr de farine et bien m\u00e9langer. Couvrir le bol avec un torchon, dans un endroit ti\u00e8de, et laisser reposer 30mn.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Mettre le reste des farines dans un grand saladier, ajouter du sel fin et les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, m\u00e9langer, et rajouter la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la levure. M\u00e9langer tout doucement et ajouter peu \u00e0 peu le reste du lait. Laisser reposer une heure en couvrant avec torchon.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Battre en neige les blancs.
