Remuer sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le riz soit nacr\u00e9. <\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Mettre le feu doux sous la casserole et verser le verre de vin blanc. Remuer et couvrir et laisser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 compl\u00e8te absorption.<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Ajouter une louche de bouillon, remuer, couvrir, laisser \u00e0 nouveau absorber, et recommencer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement du bouillon (et du cuisinier.)<\/li><li class=\"direction-step\">Couper le feu. R\u00e2per le parmesan, le mettre dans le riz, m\u00e9langer, couvrir et laisser reposer 2mn.<\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Assaisonner et servir br\u00fblant.
